Lebanese Breakfast

Serves: 2
Time: 30 minutes

My husband is Lebanese and Italian. Thankfully there are a lot of vegan foods in Lebanese cuisine, which i love! I made this breakfast one morning for me and my husband. It has foul (fava beans) hummus, Za'atar, pita bread, cucumber, tomato and fresh mint.
