Ingredients
2 cups white unbleached flour
3 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 cups soy milk
3 tbsp. canola oil
Directions
Combine dry ingredients, add wet ingredients and mix until smooth. Ladle the batter onto the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
